What if you didn’t need to be fixed, you just needed to understand yourself?
This space is about neuroplasticity, brain health, and coming home to a body you actually feel safe in. Where you make decisions without the spiral. Where life feels like yours again.
Why I’m Here
I didn’t find this work in a classroom. I found it because I had no other choice.
I spent years dealing with IBS and ADHD, going from doctor to doctor, looking for someone to hand me an answer. No one could. At some point, the helplessness made me angry enough to go find it myself.
So I did what felt both reckless and completely right: I left. Two years in the Himalayas, away from the noise, the timelines, the corporate life I’d built. Just me, a deep hunger to understand, and stacks of books on neuroscience, plants, psychology, and emotional patterns.
What Those Years Gave Me
I travelled. I observed. I sat with people carrying the same quiet pain I had: the exhaustion, the disconnection, the feeling of living a life they didn’t quite understand.
Along the way, seven years of working with people, a spiritual practice, and time in healthcare all started to connect. The dots weren’t random. They were forming a map.
Somewhere in all of it, I stopped counting days. Every day became either ordinary or a new blessing. Both felt like enough.
How I Work With You
We are biological individuals, which means what works for someone else may not work for you. I don’t believe in one-size frameworks. I believe in listening first, then designing something that actually feels settling to your body and mind.
Food is medicine. Your thoughts are pathways. Neuroplasticity is not a concept. It is proof that you can unlearn what broke you and build something entirely new in its place.
I work with people who are done with surviving. Who have a quiet feeling that something different is possible, even if they can’t name it yet. All you need is the willingness to take one baby step toward yourself.
The universe exists because you do.
Let's figure out who that is.
